About The Developer

Mark Teal was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio - Home of the Arnold Fitness Expo and the 2002 National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes! He is an alumni of The Ohio State University, a distinction he shares with his wife Tricia. Mark and Tricia both hold degrees in Aviation from Ohio State and Mark is rated as a commercial pilot.

Mark and Tricia enjoyed sports and fitness in their "school days" but never lived a "fitness lifestyle". Consequently, they fell into the same rut as many Americans find themselves in today. They were out of shape and not happy about it at all. In early 2002, they decided to do something about it. A body transformation was in order and Bill Phillip's Body-For-Life program fit the bill.

Mark and Tricia employed several different means of tracking their progress throughout their transformations. From simple pen and paper to PC spreadsheets, they used it all. None of these tracking methods were satisfactory.

Mark is a Microsoft certified software developer and inevitably the wheels were turning in his head. That's when BodyTrans was "born". Nearly a year later and countless hours behind the keyboard, BodyTrans was released in February 2003.

Today Mark and Tricia are ISSA Certified Fitness Trainers and are living the "fitness lifestyle". Mark's hope is that the BodyTrans software product will help you attain your body transformation and fitness goals in the near future and for years to come!
