How do I know if the .NET
Framework is already installed?
1. What if I eat more than six meals in a
day?
Simply combine the extra meals into the tabs representing the other meals.
For example, if I eat 8 meals a day, I might combine meals 2 and 3 onto meal
tab 2, meals 4 and 5 onto meal tab 4, and so forth.
2. How many users does BodyTrans support?
BodyTrans supports a nearly unlimited amount of users (only limited
by the amount of space on your hard drive). The standard purchase price of
$24.99 covers an individual and their family members. If you were to use
BodyTrans for commercial purposes (i.e. Personal Trainers, Clubs, etc.), I
ask that you purchase the group license from
http://www.bodytrans.com/grouplicense.htm
3. In the BodyTrans
Pictures screen, can I compare more than two pictures at the same time?
At this time, the BodyTrans Pictures screen
will only allow you to compare two pictures side-by-side. I may
expand on this screen in future versions to allow you to compare more than
just two.
4. The Foods database seems rather limited. Why
is that? Can I download more foods?
There are over 1700 foods shipped with the BodyTrans database. This
keeps the initial application installation size manageable. You can
download more from our online foods database
that holds all of the items from the USDA's food and macronutrient database.
5.
What is the Microsoft .Net Framework?
The Microsoft .NET Framework is a component of the Microsoft Windows®
operating system used to build and run Windows-based applications. For
developers, the .NET Framework makes it easy to rapidly create powerful
software that maximizes performance, scalability, opportunities for
integration, reliability, security, and the end-user experience, while
minimizing the costs of deployment and management.
Applications built for the .NET Framework (BodyTrans, for example) require
that the .NET Framework be installed prior to running.
6.
How do I know if the .NET Framework is already installed?
You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework installed by
clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then
double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears,
scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework
1.0 or Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 listed, the .Net Framework is already
installed and you do not need to install it again.
