Analysis

The Analysis section of BodyTrans allows you to analyze your BodyTrans data with charts and grids. Here you can select the period of time to analyze, the analysis category, and the details of the data you wish to analyze.

What can I analyze?

Nutrition

Your nutrition data can be broken down by Total Macronutrients, Total Calories, Macronutrients By Food, Calories By Food, or Amount By Food.  Amount comes in handy when you want to analyze the amount of a food or beverage consumed such as water.  Water has no calories but you might want to see the amount of water you consumed per day.

Training

Your training data can be broken down by Weight Volume, Weight Max, Reps, or Intensity by Exercise per day.

Cardio

Your cardiovascular training data can be broken down by Duration-Distance-Average Speed, Average Heart Rage, Total Calories Burned, or Intensity by Exercise per day.

Body Metrics

Your Body Metrics data can be broken down by Body Measurements (such as Chest, Waist, Hips, Stomach, Neck, Shoulders, Biceps, Forearms, Thighs, and calves), Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Vo2Max, Blood Pressure, or Cholesterol.

Sleep

Finally, your Sleep Log data can be broken down by Time per Sleep Log entry.
