The BodyTrans Application Configuration screen allows you to customize BodyTrans to suit your preferences. Here you can configure file paths that affect your backup and display options, your nutrition and training log styles, and your Body Metrics measurement units preferences.

BodyTrans Application Configuration
Configuration Options
General
The Backup File path indicates the path to which you wish for your BodyTrans data files to be copied when you select Backup from the File menu. The Sync Directory is generally only used in special cases where a user wants to sync their BodyTrans data files between two PCs. For most users, this option is grayed out. The Save Window Size And Position option allows you to select whether or not you would like BodyTrans to remember it's window size and position each time you move or resize the application's window. The BodyTrans Calendar icons configuration allows you to select the directory for the icons that will be displayed on the main calendar window. The icons in this directory should be at a resolution of 23x23, in the bmp format, and must include the following files: u.bmp, l.bmp, c.bmp, and d.bmp. Five sets of icons are included with the BodyTrans standard installation. These icons are located in the images subdirectory of the BodyTrans application directory.
Nutrition
The Most Recent Days Back Setting controls how many days back from today's date that BodyTrans will use to fill the "Most Recent" category in the Nutrition Log. The Start In Category setting controls the Food Category in which the Nutrition Log will start every time you open BodyTrans and access the Nutrition Log.
Training
The Training Log and Cardio Log include fields such as Planned Weight, Actual Weight, Planned Reps, Duration, Speed, Distance, etc. These are normally always numeric fields. By default, BodyTrans limits your entry into these fields to numeric only values. You can change that functionality and remove that limitation in this portion of the BodyTrans configuration screen. Be aware, however, that you will not be able to chart reports on non-numeric data entered into the Training Log or Cardio Log if you change these configuration settings to Free Form and enter non-numeric data into the logs.
Metrics
Here you have the option of changing the Body Weight units. Your options are pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg). You can also change the default Body Measurement units from inches (in) to centimeters (cm).
