Your starting point each time you run BodyTrans is the BodyTrans Home page.

The BodyTrans Home Page
BodyTrans Home Page Features:
Links - The underlined blue hyperlinks work just like links in a web browser. Clicking on any of these links will take you to the respective BodyTrans screen.
Listbar - The far left part of BodyTrans contains a listbar control. This control works much like the listbar that may be familiar to you from Microsoft Outlook®. Clicking on any of the icons in the listbar will take you to the respective BodyTrans screen, just as a hyperlink click. The difference here is that the listbar is always visible and the icons are contained within logical groups. The groups are: Training, Nutrition, Mindset, and Home. Clicking on any of the group headings will slide that group into view.
Browser Toolbar - Along the top of the BodyTrans Home is the toolbar containing the address textbox, go, back, forward, stop, refresh, and home buttons. This toolbar behaves exactly as a toolbar does in your web browser. In fact, the BodyTrans Home Page is contained within an actual web browser. You can type a web address into the address textbox and browse the web from within BodyTrans. Note: The BodyTrans logo is actually a link to the BodyTrans website. Obviously, an Internet connection is required to view web pages located on the Internet.
Menus - The File, Edit, View, and Help toolbars in BodyTrans provide print, clipboard, navigation, and help functionality. In addition to program navigation supplied by the Links and Listbar, the View menu provides a third option for switching between the different screens inside BodyTrans.
Calendar - The Calendar displayed on the BodyTrans Home Page is meant to do more than simply show you the current month, year, and day. After you begin to enter data into the Training Log and Diary, the calendar will display graphic marks to represent these entries and provide links to them. See the screenshot below. As you can see, the calendar indicates on which days Cardio, Upper Body, and Lower Body exercises were performed. Clicking on any of these graphics will take you to the Training Log screen to view that data. Likewise, any Diary entries are indicated with a graphic mark. Clicking on that mark will take you to the Diary entry for that day.
The BodyTrans Home Page displays icons indicating entries into the Training Log and Diary.
