Getting and staying motivated is a vital part of building a better body. Tracking your progress with pictures may just provide that extra bit of motivation to keep you going. Don't underestimate the power of the "before" picture. Taking this picture, although sometimes embarrassing, is a very important first step in your body transformation.

Every 4 Weeks
A lot of people use a scale to gauge the amount of progress they are making in their body transformation. More important than how much you weigh however, is your body fat percentage, how you feel, and how you look! About every 4 weeks, take another picture for comparison. Sometimes you will be amazed at the progress you can make in such a short period of time.
Note from the developer: I was very motivated by my pictures each month of my three month body transformation. The pictures told me that things were working and I was well on my way to a better body. On the scale, the weight crawled down at around 1 lb or less per week. In fact, I only lost about 10 lbs total in 12 weeks. That's because I was losing fat but gaining muscle at the same time. The pictures and my body fat percentage told the real story. So don't worry about the weight! There are much better ways to track your progress.
