BodyTrans
Newsletter And BodyTrans 2.0
By Mark Teal
This month I
wanted to let you know that subsequent issues of the BodyTrans
Newsletter will be available online at
www.bodytrans.com/newsletters but
will no longer be sent via email. Even though the newsletter is sent
only to subscribers and links are provided for unsubscribes, it is still
showing up as blocked spam by some systems. I certainly don't want the
newsletter to be viewed in that light. So be sure to visit bodytrans.com
often to see the latest monthly newsletter.
BodyTrans
2.0
Now on to the good stuff. On June 7th, BodyTrans 2.0 was released. This
version features some significant enhancements and improvements. BodyTrans 2.0 presents the same easy-to-use interface but offers you
more configuration options. Now you have control over application
options such as: the icons that appear in the calendar, the number of
days back shown in the Most Recent category of the Nutrition Log, the
default category shown in the Nutrition Log, and more.
Also new is the Cardio Log. It allows you to track your cardiovascular
workouts separately from your resistance training workouts. This also
makes it easier to analyze your progress for your workouts. Which brings
us to the brand new Analysis section of BodyTrans. Not only
can you analyze your workouts here, but also your nutrition, sleep, and body
metrics.
The Body Metrics section (formerly known as Body Fat Percentage) has
been redesigned to include more measurement options, the inclusion of
blood pressure, VO2Max, and more.
I also wanted to mention the brand new Recipes screen. Here you can
enter all of your recipes, complete with automatic macronutrient
breakdown. Servings of your recipe are then available in the Nutrition
Log under a new food category called recipes. You'll have to check it
out. It's really a pretty neat feature.
There are several other improvements that I didn't mention so you'll
want to try BodyTrans 2.0 for yourself. For existing BodyTrans
customers, I always offer free or deeply discounted upgrades. For
upgrade information, visit

you've never tried BodyTrans, what are you waiting for?
